We called Dale the Mobile Mechanic to help us with our Honda Civic that would not start. Dale personally diagnosed the problem in such a helpful fashion on the phone. We were able to get the vehicle started and took it to his shop for a permanent fix. They were very fair and easy to deal with. Will take our vehicles there in the future.

Very streamlined services, with updates and photos along the way. Staff was so nice to work with when I had questions. Being able to see progress and approve services online saved so much time and anxiety. Will absolutely use Dale again for my vehicles!

Was passing through the area and started hearing a strange noise and my steering wheel was shaky. I am glad I decided to go to Dale’s. Dale was magnificent! A problem with our RV so difficult that our regular mechanic nor the three Ford dealers in our area would touch it. Dale identified that it was faulty/damaged wiring buried in the original Ford wiring harness. Mr. Magic fixed it and we are back on the road. Best mechanic ever!

Can’t thank Dale enough for helping get my steering rack torqued to the ford spec of 350 foot pounds. Another shop had worked on it and didn’t torque it, I could only get it to 250lbs with the torque wrench I had brought with me being out of town from Texas. Dale was super nice and literally works on everything.

I had a driver stuck in Redmond. Dale got there fast and had the problem diagnosed and repaired quickly. He called me when he was done and explained in detail what was wrong and how he fixed it. Stand up guy and great service.
